• Manages and leads serious incident reviews including root cause analysis investigations, identifying underlying issues in system failures and implementing and recommending improvements as necessary.
• Leads the Clinical Audit portfolio for St Vincent's Health Network Sydney. Education, governance and support regarding clinical audit and improvements from gaps identified are a large part of the portfolio. There is close affiliation with the Clinical Excellence Commission who own the audit platform used by SVHN.

• Led continuous improvement activities within the organisation and participated in change management training and improvement science methodology training.
• Assisted in the development of the St Vincent's Health Network Clinical Governance module within 'Applied Safety and Quality Program' (ADEPT).
• Mentored junior staff in incident management and quality management principles, fostering professional growth amongst team members.
• Managed the governance of safety alerts and recalls for clinical products

- Uploaded all evidence to the NATA accreditation site and liaised with NATA representatives when appropriate
