  • Undertaking the role of system administrator for the 'Minutes Manager' module in Dataworks and providing organisational support and training of the system to ensure the software was used at an optimum level
  • Facilitating Minutes Manager and Report Writer Training with city officers
  • I also acted in the position of Coordinator Governance on many occasions where I was relied upon to provide management, leadership and direction to all governance staff to ensure the day- to-day operations and requirements of the business unit were met
