At Symbion healthcare I was a picker then I continued my leadership skills and became a line starter. My skills where getting the work organised into daily run times, organising the orders for staff to pick and making sure it was out to dispatch on the correct time. I also dealt with customer queries, stock rotations, communication with staff.
