Work as a Leading Hand overseeing 10-15 employees on several construction projects across South East Queensland, including Yatala, Beenleigh, Tingalpa, and Redland Bay.

Communication with the main contractor, discussion of work details, drawings, and related changes.

Allocation of daily works to the team, monitoring, timesheet reporting, and scheduling.

Preparation of tender documents, budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.

Throughout my tenure, I have delivered 13 projects, adhering to both state and global KFC and Pizza Hut standards, by managing a team of 30-50 employees. Projects varied in scale from small to medium-sized with a combined budget totaling A$2.3 million.

My primary responsibilities involved ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles, controlling and managing budget, schedule, and resources management, upholding stringent quality standards, and meeting HSE standards.

• Served as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Facilitated communication between project participants.
• Track project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Ensured that project files are organized and accessible.
• Schedule and organize project meetings. Prepare meeting agendas and materials. Document meeting discussions and follow-up actions.
• Assist with project logistics, such as travel arrangements and equipment procurement.
• Assist in estimating bill of materials and tender document preparation. Monitoring project budgets and expenditures on Estimator Pro system.

Completed over 60 prospective projects, research, and analysis.

Implemented 6 major public and private fundraisings, consisting of IPOs and corporate bonds.

Held responsibility for communication and relations with Japanese clients.
