Caregiver Roles

For just over a year, I have been caring for my partners adult brother who has ASD, ADHD, social anxiety, and a history of complex trauma. My role in this consists of social support, financial support, communication to relevant to services, and extra household duties. 

I have also been in a caring role for my mother. Diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and functional neurological disorder, along with CPTSD,  I have had various duties to ensure her support and safety needs are met . This includes assuring access to mobility devices, and physically supporting where there are none available, as well as support around her emotional wellbeing.
