- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of department of 14 staff (full time, part time and administration) and allocation of staff resources to the JIGSSA and IGSSA programs
- Liaison with Deans, Heads of Learning Areas and Executive to create engagement in JIGSSA and IGSSA programs to ensure balance across the College
- Management of school-wide staff for Interhouse, IGSSA and JIGSSA events
- Budget setting and management
- Mentoring and provision of professional development opportunities

- Knowledge of applications and programs such as SEQTA, Synergetic, GoJaro and Edval for timetabling and resourcing programs
- Coordination of numerous JIGSSA and IGSSA events
