During this time I have been the sole caregiver to my autistic son. With this I have acquired a large skill set outside of any formal training.

  • Developed individualised service plans resulting in improved well-being and stability.
  • Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to address complex issues impacting and surrounding autism and its associated conditions.
  • Coordinated referrals from agencies, streamlining access to supportive services.

  • SPAACE (Support for Parents of Autistic and Asperger Children Everywhere) Founder member of the above UK local community support group. Purpose; To provide equal opportunities for ASD children and their siblings within the social community.
  • Parent Partnership Group (UK) Provided advice and support by means of weekly meetings to parents of children (with or without diagnosis) experiencing difficulties within mainstream settings.
