The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is one of the world’s leading financial
market exchanges. As a fully functioning securities exchange, the ASX provides
a number of services, such as listings, trading, clearing, settlements, technical
and information services, and post-trade services. I am part of a team that is
responsible for providing network access and technical services for every
customer of the ASX. Some of my responsibilities are:
-Support ASX network infrastructure, technical services products and offerings
-Troubleshooting and resolving customer's network access issues.
-Deliver network infrastructure, enabling customer access to ASX products
-Provide customers with technical and network support.

-CWS Uplift and Remediation Project
Equinix is the world’s digital infrastructure company. They interconnect
industry-leading organisations in finance, manufacturing, mobility,
transportation, government, healthcare and education across a cloud-first
world. I am a part of a large team that is responsible for designing, setting
up, and managing information/network systems at data centres. Some of my
responsibilities are:
-Monitoring systems operations and administering IT solutions to ensure
servers, hard drives, and other data centre equipment function efficiently.
-Provide Smart hands for remote customers.
-Troubleshoot network systems to identify and fix performance issues.
-Install, configure, and maintain switches, servers, firewalls, and hard drives.
AWA is a technology company that provides an Australia wild field technology
service to major enterprises and government organisations, vendors, service
providers and distributors. Supporting clients throughout Australia and New
Zealand. I was a part of a 8 person networking team, who look after a number of
networking field services 24/7 throughout NSW. My responsibilities within the
team include;
-Managing/assisting multiple projects.
-Setup, repair and troubleshoot network equipment, ie; routers,switches and
servers.
-Providing 24/7 service various well known companies ie; Cisco, Woolworths,
Coles and Di Data.
-Visiting Data Centres on behalf of customers to repair, install and troubleshoot.
Ztronics is a computer store in Riverstone servicing individual and SME
customers. I provided technical support, computer repairs, customer service
and site management, as required, in a number of environments.
Accomplishments
-Helped with NBN changeover at Riverstone Neighbourhood centre.
Implemented new Networking equipment and Computers at Riverstone
Neighbourhood centre.
-Source out then hired on my off days to do IT Administration for a Scaffolding
company.
I have been involved in a number of short term projects on a regular basis over
the past few years while I have been studying.
