Summary

My experience is working in customer service both in call centre as well as merchandising roles. My strength is that I do whatever I can to make sure the customer is left satisfied and happy and with a resolution. I go beyond what is needed to make sure I achieve this. I believe that by doing this it helps me build rapport and trust with my customers which helps when I offering/selling them a product/solution as they trust me to advise them correctly and sell them something that is based on what they need. This is turn ensures that I am reaching my own targets and the targets of the companies I work for. I believe that these strengths that I bring to any company I work for.
