Encheng Qi

I am a junior solicitor with experience in both Chinese and Australian law, currently practicing in Melbourne. My practice areas include commercial law, wills and estates, intervention orders, and traffic offence defence. This diverse range of expertise, combined with my unique international background, allows me to offer comprehensive legal services to a wide array of clients.

I hold a Master's degree in Law from the prestigious East China University of Political Science and Law and was licensed to practice law in China. In Australia, I completed my Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Monash University in March 2023, followed by Practical Legal Training at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. I was admitted to practice in Victoria in late 2023.

As a junior solicitor, I have developed expertise in several key areas:

* Wills and Estates: I draft wills, manage Powers of Attorney (POAs), and oversee probate processes to ensure compliance with legal standards.
* Intervention Orders (IVOs): I handle cases involving intervention orders, providing legal representation and advice to protect clients' rights.
* Traffic Offence Defence: I defend clients in traffic offence cases, ensuring their legal rights are upheld and achieving favourable outcomes.
