Responsible for managing and coordinating the government’s international development cooperation programs and aid. The role involves implementing ODA policies and strategies, ensuring that donor-funded projects align with national development and fiscal priorities, and maintaining effective coordination with bilateral and multilateral partners. The specialist monitors disbursements, evaluates project performance, and promote transparency and accountability. Key duties include preparing policy advice, financial and progress reports, and representing the Ministry in donor coordination meetings and international forums.

Responsible for conducting research, analysis, and policy evaluation on national, regional, and global security, political, and economic issues that influence strategic decision-making. This involves collecting and interpreting data from diverse sources, preparing analytical reports, policy briefs, and publications, and contributing to seminars and dialogues that inform government, academic, and public understanding of strategic affairs. The researcher collaborates with policymakers, and international partners to develop evidence-based insights on defence policy, geopolitical trends, and emerging security challenges.
