Brooklawn Mechanical became the main subletting company on the office complex where i subcontracted the completion of the project, before transitioning to maintenance roles in hospital settings, which included new installations and renovations. I also undertook residential projects, plumbing numerous houses and apartments with a focus on copper and Hep piping systems. A notable project was a 190-bed apartment complex in Belfast, where we utilized Geberit piping for soil stacks and rainwater systems. This involved fusion-welded collars and prefabricated butt welds. My responsibilities included first-fixing apartments and installing pressurized cylinders. I dedicated six months to this project before relocating to Perth, where I am eager to apply my expertise across various plumbing aspects.

• In parallel with my primary roles, I have consistently participated in plumbing services for events organized by Quinn Plumbing and Events. Three to four times annually, I contributed to agricultural shows such as the Balmoral Show, Cattle Winter Fair, and the Beef and Lamb Show at the Eikon Exhibition Centre. My team and I installed piping systems for various food and drink exhibitions, including the Food NI tent at the Balmoral Show and the IFEX show in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast. Additionally, we provided plumbing services for numerous concerts and music festivals across Ireland, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in diverse environments

• Subcontracted to MRGN Mechanical

As a self-employed plumber subcontracted to MRGN Mechanical, I played a pivotal role in a significant project involving a 350-bed apartment complex in Glasgow. My duties included:

• First Fix:

• Installation of heating systems and domestic plumbing, including heat interface units. Were my main role was the completion of the heat interface units (HIU)

• Mid Fix:

• Installation of shower trays and bathtubs.

• Final Fix:

• Completion of kitchen, radiator, and bathroom installations.

Working alongside a team of 10, I honed my leadership and teamwork skills, ensuring project milestones were met efficiently. Following this, our team transitioned to an office complex in Belfast, where we primarily worked with black iron piping. Our tasks involved installing fan coil units, risers, and plant rooms, as well as domestic plumbing for toilets and kitchens. The domestic systems were connected to 76mm copper mains and 67mm copper hot and hot return pipes routed through the risers from the plant room as per domestic drawings

• During my tenure at FG Mechanical, I contributed to the construction and renovation of various commercial and industrial properties, including residential houses, apartment complexes, and hotels. My responsibilities ensured the installation of plumbing systems in new constructions and renovation projects, with a primary focus on materials such as copper, PEX piping, and underfloor heating systems. I was actively involved in all project phases, including first and final fixes, as well as servicing, maintenance, and repairs. The main purpose of my role was
• Repaired plumbing systems, components, and equipment.
• Installed valves, hangers, supports, and flanges inside piping systems.
• Installed new piping systems in various types of buildings following local building codes and regulations.
• Measured, threaded, and cut materials to correct angles.
• Secured rising mains and boiler piping to structural supports in new construction and remodeling projects.
