  • During this placement, I conducted pre-arrival calls with offshore refugees using interpreters to plan their resettlement and assess their needs.
  • My responsibilities included: identifying potential challenges impacting resettlement and ensuring timely support and resources were available upon arrival; exporting data into Zoho Survey software to monitor and evaluate the CRISP; ad hoc tasks to promote and enhance the program.
