My client was a 40 year old woman with mobility and mental health difficulties. I worked with her at her house and accompanied her on errands, such as food shopping and hospital visits. My role included:

• Assisting her in and out of the shower and when washing her hair
• General household tasks such as cleaning, gardening, laundry
• Companionship
• Organising her appointments and providing transportation
