After my role at Careers Australia was made redundant, I was headhunted to work alongside Criminal and Family Lawyer, Cassandra Kalpaxis. Working as 2IC to the Director and Principal Solicitor I would oversee the administration and establishment of the company and then the day to day running of the firm. The goal for the company to be set up successfully was 6 months, but this was achieved in 4 and so it was decided an office would be opened in Greece. Alongside the Director, I lived and worked in Greece for 8 months and oversaw the successful opening of that office also.
Starting as an outbound telesales agent, I began with the first 11 original agents which in later years grew to 160 agents. For the first six months I never dropped below 150% of target and was training new inductees as the business grew, subsequently I was promoted to a Team Leader.
