I am a dedicated and award-winning professional with over a decade of experience in community engagement, education, and youth development. Passionate about empowering disengaged and at-risk youth, I have successfully coordinated and delivered programs that support individuals facing homelessness, domestic violence, disabilities, mental health challenges, and juvenile justice involvement.
As the Community Wellness and Education Manager at Coast Shelter and Central Coast Coordinator for the Love Bites program, I have led initiatives that provide thousands of young people with the knowledge and skills to foster respectful relationships and build brighter futures. I am also an experienced Trainer and Assessor, delivering nationally recognised qualifications and life skills programs tailored to diverse learners, including those with low literacy and numeracy, disabilities, and complex support needs.
My leadership has been recognised through multiple awards, including recognition from Minister David Harris for my contributions to youth empowerment. I am committed to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments that equip individuals with essential life and employment skills, ensuring they have the tools to thrive personally and professionally
