  • The role of the Tenancy Relations Officer is to provide quality housing services to a wide range of tenants to achieve sustainable tenancies
  • This position is responsible for the performance of a full range of tenancy management and tenant service functions within a defined catchment area
  • Project a professional, cooperative, confidential and courteous image when liaising with Managers, staff and clients and the general public
  • General Tenancy Management: Respond to telephone, written, electronic and face-to-face enquiries regarding all tenancy services
