  • Using machinery,, 75mm Grundomat and 45mm Grundomat
  • Installing and replacing all size of pits , mainly plastics.
  • Got a understanding NBN unify network, this would be hand on in Fibre and copper Network.
  • Have a good understanding about remediation network and knowing the nest techniques how resolve the issues to keep cost down as much as I can .

  • From Feb 2013 to August 2016 ,Hired 8 Telecommunications technicians and started working on Ultra-Fast-Broadband ( UFB) with Visionstream NZ in Auckland Region wide ,
  • Duties- Installing main fibre optic cable and equipment to facilitate installation for NZ home and businesses
  • Network , components, ABF ( Air-blown-fibre) , FF ( Fixed Fibre) Splitters ( SMP in NBN ) and all other network components, I mean anything was getting done by my team and myself.
  • All civil and remediation work , such block ducts , and tubes , locate and repair ,
  • August 2016 to March 2022 , hired up 30 technicians, mostly between 2018 -2021,more than 20 vans and full equipment. Worked with UCG and Visionstream
  • Duties to complete NGA installations for homes and businesses in South Island, FTTH , Managing MDU and ROW work.
  • Connected 80% of NZ homes and businesses and the work got very very , therefor we had to downsize and gave the guys choices to look for other options, most of the guys got their NZ residency , then they resigned and gone directly to became owner operator..
  • April 2022 to current, I got 3 vans working through Downer NZ and managed by my wife while I hunt for new opportunities here in Australia .
  • Oversaw operations and provided corrective feedback to achieve daily and long-term goals.
