Ervin Macrohon

Over the last three years Ervin has worked on an integral vendor system within Macquarie Bank. This system is interconnected with over fifty other integrations within the bank in order to settle payments. Ervin has brought value to the organization by working on both smaller business requests as well as long running projects that have allowed new products to be brought onto the platform. Ervin understands the value of bringing greater automation into the business as well as improve the productivity of the technology team. He takes this into account when conducting code reviews to ensure there is no disruptions to the platform and there is no additional technical debt carried.

Apart from Ervin's technical experience and skills he is also a leader, a source of knowledge within the team and a good communicator. He is able to pick up a feature, identify requirements, form a technical specification and carry it through to delivery. He is able to effectively collaborate with a global team including London, Singapore, Gurugram and Manila. On many occasions, Ervin has helped grow the team by guiding juniors to be productive members. Ervin will be an asset to any team.
