I volunteered for one month on Fraser Island with a 4x4 tour guide company that hosts around 30 people every 3 days, I learnt various skills including learning how to host and provide for large groups while maintaining excellent customer service.
In Asda, one of the largest retail supermarket chains in the UK, I progressed and showed my capability, earning a promotion and allowing me to take on a managerial role.
