Innovative new Researcher adept at developing probing questions, designing experiments and generating meaningful results. Accomplished undergraduate student (overall GPA of 5.7/7.0) who is now completing the Honours year in Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science at the University of Adelaide. Proven experience as a Food Science intern at a South Australian Gelato company Gelista, and that provided a lot of experience in the food industry on food production, labelling, paperwork registration and quality control. In addition to that, completed a major successful product development project with 3 other team members where developed a high fibre bread named “Okara bread” that won the Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science prize 2023 at the University of Adelaide
