I have worked as a Dietitian-nutritionist during the last 23 years.

I worked for an international company called Compass Group in the Eurest division which is the catering company into the group.

As part of the company I worked in a public hospital located in Spain, where I came from.

My duties varied betwen some of these;

• Counseled patients on food selection, preparation and consumption to meet their health goals.
• Collaborated with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate optimal patient care.
• Created meal plans based on individual needs such as age, gender, medical condition or religious beliefs.
• Evaluated menus in institutional settings such as hospitals or schools to ensure they are meeting nutritional standards.
• Educated patients, families and medical practitioners on nutrition.
• Guided individuals in food selection, preparation or menu planning based upon nutritional needs.
