Grading and taping slates mainly. installed valleys, soaker flashing, and realised all different cuts around the site. Striped off old roofs, battening, ect.

Realised all zinc work that a tile roof would come across, but no roof was fully done with metal.

I developed my team by creating a good atmosphere onsite. Capable of assessing a situation and delegating a task to create a team efficiency. I made sure to be the link in between the client and the boss.
