Esther Putt

As a babysitter I ensured the well-being of the children by communicating positively with the children and their parents. I clean, cook meals and support the children with their homework.

My role involved assembling orders for shipment, where I strived to increase order picking efficiency. I collaborated with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets, contributing to overall warehouse and business productivity. In this role I used skills of communication, time management, teamwork and work ethic. I also helped customers in the shopfront which improved my costumer service skills of communication and approachability.

Every week I volunteered as a choral assistant for a choir consisting of children aged 7-10. I support choristers with learning to understand musical concepts and read sheet music. I also helped run choral activities within rehearsals and assist with termly concerts.
