Ethan Bates

I am an extremely organised person, whether it is to do with being on time, or being prepared for tasks, I am always organised. I take pride in my constant need to maintain a routine that allows me to be consistent with my approach to work. I also enjoy being able to adjust to required situations, when needed. I am a respectful, happy person and find it easy to get along with anyone, and make them feel comfortable, and heard. I have had over a year experience now working on projects both individually, and in small or large groups, which were able to allow me to develop skills as i earned my diploma. I enjoyed and excelled in situations where i was being creative in order to solve a task, or create various types of contents. I am flexible to any situation, and will often enjoy asking questions, to learn how to get things completed the best way.
