Summary

I am a confident, enthusiastic worker who will give anything a go. I have expressed these qualities throughout school nominating myself for leadership programs and was a part of student representative councils for many years. I have also regularly undertaken volunteer work around the community, mostly as an event marshal for the Southern School Triathlon Challenge.

I have worked jobs in a vast range of areas, mainly customer service which is an area I feel I succeed in but I have a strong passion for business and finance. I pride myself on my ability to be flexible in any work.

In my most recent work at Shannons I have assisted leaders and new employees and it is something I excel at. I wish to expand my knowledge in that area, hopefully towards some form of leadership role in the future

Throughout my role at Shannons I have worked hard to achieve all metrics and goals that are assessed by Shannons. When given the opportunity I assist with the new staff for inductions.

Most recently I had the opportunity to step up and assist in a high support role where I worked closely with a group of new employees. My role was to assist technical coaches, facilitators and leaders run sessions teaching our new employees processes within the company.

The role extended my knowledge in sales and contributed to my customer service skills considerably, I worked one on one with building clients to help them fulfil order requirements and provide information about products sold by Stramit.

Assisted in the winery with large production of award winning wines, I worked as Casual Vintage worker and will continue to do so unless a job in my desired area is to come up.

This was my first role in the workforce, I worked nightfill most nights of the week working with a team. I often took on the responsibility of leading the team when other leaders were absent.

I was employed by NAB as a Customer Advisor throughout COVID. I worked mostly full time but on a casual role. This consisted of creating a connection with returning customers, building rapport and making sure banking needs were met.
