Summary

I am a highly driven and motivated mind set individual, with a strong passion for the Aviation industry. This is supported by my extensive self knowledge, and study of my Aviation management degree. I have already started networking in the industry and have spoken to multiple executive employees at AAL through email and phone call conversations. Through this I have gained valuable insight into the aviation industry and particularly Adelaide Airport. These conversations have taught me the value of key communication skills which will be vital in my future career.

While I do not currently have any direct work experience in the Aviation industry and more extensive customer service experience I still feel that I have gained thorough interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills through my previous employment and study at university.

I am eager to start working in the Aviation industry while studying my degree, further developing my customer service skills which will become very necessary for my future career. It is important for me to gain valuable industry experience while studying to build the foundation for my long term career.

I can bring a strong work ethic, adaptability and a real sense of passion and enthusiasm for this role. I would consider myself as one of the most passionate individuals about Adelaide Airport, the Aviation industry and the vital importance of ground handling, and believe I would be a valuable addition to the Oceania ground force team at Adelaide Airport.
