• Assisting crane operators & riggers to land fiberglass pools into clients yards within 100mm.
• Obtain pool levels within 10mm of datum.
• Use of power tools to run 40mm & 50mm pressure pipework from pool to filtration system.
• Back-fill excavated hole as required to have pool install completed (8 hrs of digged per-day.)
• Assist Franna operator in Forrestdale yard to move, flip, pop & load pools.

Completing part-time work (Saturday & Sunday's).

• Supporting tradespeople, contractors and operators with general laboring assistance, by operating hand and power tools and by cleaning and preparing equipment and work areas.
• Unloading and loading of trucks and containers using a forklift.
• Engage in learning opportunities provided within the workshop.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the work environment.

• Attended RTIO sites in Newman for business meetings on a regular basis.
• Planning Ad-Hoc works for maintenance and breakdown coverage across mine sites along with site based technicians.
• Played an instrumental role in successfully launching multiple high-priority projects by effectively managing resources and timelines.
• Scheduling and mobilising fire protection technicians to RTIO, MRL, Liebherr and other mine sites across the eastern Pilbara region.
• Conducted regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Conducted comprehensive candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Increased candidate placements by developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies.
• Expanded the company''s talent pool by actively sourcing candidates through networking events, job boards, and social media platforms.
