• Material handling and delivery, site preparation, assisting skilled workers, demolition work, basic construction tasks, liasing with clients, use of powertools

Making drinks at a high end cocktail bar, serving customers and working in a team with other bartenders. Running deliveries and making sure the bar was always stocked with bottled drinks, garnishes and ice etc.

• Stocking fridges/ shelves/ cool room, serving customers at the drive through, using forklift to receive truck orders and organise pallets in storage

• Serving drinks on tap and basic cocktails, running pass, running food, clearing glasses and plates, organising bookings
