Work History

Site Engineer

Ertech
Sydney, NSW
11.2022 - 05.2024
  • Developing monthly forecasts for assigned Scopes of Work, monitoring costs against Budget and Overall Cost to Complete
  • Develop Work Area Plans, Identifying and arranging resources for work zones
  • Inspect project sites daily and monitor progress to ensure Design & Specification Conformance whilst upholding HSE Standards
  • Providing Engineering Technical advice regarding setting out designs, construction & program modifications, or structural repairs
  • Developing Continuous 3WLA which adheres to the Contract Programme, monitoring any set-backs for Contract EOT's and Variations
  • Procurement and management of Suppliers and Subcontractors
  • Delivery of assigned scopes of work, within budget constraints, contract requirements and QA guidelines
  • Liaise closely with the Supervisor, Engineers, and TfNSW counterparts
  • Main Achievements: I procured all Design Materials & Sub-Contractors for my assigned Scope of Work ahead of Programme, within the assigned Budget, and conforming with TfNSW QA Specification Requirements
  • I progressively identified my assigned cost codes which were producing excessive productivity rates and came up with innovative ways on how we could reduce to something in line with the Budget, this was done by identifying which cost component was creating the surge (Plant, Labour, Material, Sub-Contractor) and managing on-site resources to accommodate for that
  • I successfully trained up & managed my own set of Graduate Engineers on how to adequately prepare for upcoming Scopes of Work, keep their daily cost tracker accurate and up-to-date and manage their own QA records
  • I maintained my personal KPIs 150% above the target % throughout my tenure.
