I am the current 2IC which has provided me with the opportunity to learn more about how to run the store rather than just a department. My responsibilities as the current 2IC include: Running the store when the store manager is not available or on leave, making or being a part of decisions that have high level impact on the store, managing the managers roster and their wellbeing.
