Passions

My biggest passion is to be outside and surround myself with nature. I find myself doing this by rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking. While being in nature I have found a positive community that aims to help and uplift each other. Interacting with others passionate about nature has allowed me to meet some of my closest friends.

Volunteer Work

I recognize the impact that the community has on individuals, this has pushed me to volunteer to give back to my communities. I have done this through coaching and volunteering for the Young Adult Program (YAP). I coached kids 9-15 in soccer through Ypsilanti Recreations; I used to play soccer through this organization when I was a kid. My first experience working with people with Autism was through YAP. This was an organization that partnered with a nearby school; we would spend time and do activities with the students there, aged 18-26.
