· Developed and modified plans (work packs) to help operations personnel better understand and execute large infrastructure moves around Jacinth Ambrosia mine site.

· Successfully completed the time-critical AMM Stage 2 project being seconded as Projects Coordinator while working a 7-week swing, achieving the project $136,000 under budget without any injuries or incidents.

· Worked an additional 25 weeks (equivalent to 180 days) throughout my 4.5 year career, showing a strong work ethic and dedication to my job.

· Earned a career mentorship with the Operations Manager at Jacinth Ambrosia, through this an offer has been made to subsidize external study this year.

· Leading a team effectively, safely, and in a timely, organised manner, providing a positive and encouraging environment

· Collaborating with Metallurgists and Geologists to change blend plan in order to achieve maximum plant throughput

· Collaborating with Maintenance to achieve maximum plant/mobile plant safety/runtime

· Collaborating with Metallurgists to maximise recovery and achieve HMC specification

· Ensuring all tailings operations are completed within the 'Tailings Operations and Surveillance Manual'

· Ensuring pit-dewatering operations are achieved as quickly and safely as possible to minimise arising hazards with large amounts of water present in cell

· Proactively identifying any issues with processing and tailings operations and reporting to responsible departments immediately

· Experienced in operating mobile plant and identifying/rectifying any maintenance issues

· Experienced and highly competent in all Operations field works. This includes all welding, pipe connecting, civil works, etc.

· Maintaining and improving site hygiene, with a strong focus on the processing plant

· Received three job offers within the same company, however, chose to stay in the Operations department to further my career in this field.

· Became the first operator on site to achieve the title of 'Advanced Operator' through a new Training and Development Framework, demonstrating my expertise and commitment to professional growth.
