Accomplishments

  • Case Management record keeping practices and notes being recognized by Team Manager as an example of best practice and used as training examples for new starters; as well as for those existing in the role who may need development in this area.
  • Established and led a working group to review and optimise current Business Operation processes within the Campbelltown store, with a focus on Continual Improvement and bringing benefits such as cross-skilling staff, and more succinct processes.
  • Increased over all staff satisfaction while at Rockdale Bunnings store, through implementing regular Team Meetings, feedback between each other and addressing any issues as they came up, rather than leaving issues to roll on.
  • Led and managed establishment and set up of a new branch of Hume Building Products, including contract management with vendors, recruitment for staff needed at new store, and installation of all equipment in the store front.
  • Managed all aspects of Bunnings Bankstown adjustments during tightest restrictions though Covid-19; including adaptation to new click and collect practices, staffing issues around positive cases and social distancing requirements, also all PPE and guidelines being met under updated WHS requirements.
