Reporting directly to the Head of Planning, I work closely with the Buying team to ensure the Womenswear business is successful.

Responsibilities include:

• Brand MSSI Management; Monthly Sales and Intake
• OTB Management
• Size curve analysis and recommendation
• Identifying product success and failure
• Product lifecycle management
• Stakeholder Management
• Promotional/MD Pricing Strategy creation and implementation

• Liase with Supply Chain and Logistics to coordinate the correct and efficient movement of stock across 34 store locations
• Creation and implementation of a new format of Buysheet, currently being used across all Merch Departments in Glue Store
• Sales Analysis
• Core Forecasting
• Stock Allocation and Consolidation
• Coordinating New Store Builds from an Inventory perspective for my department

I have managed three Glue Stores separately during my time in this role with teams of over 20 people.

I also led the 'City Cluster' through and out of the second of Sydney's COVID Lockdowns, acting as Cluster Manager in an unofficial capacity.
