Summary
Having taken leave to have my last baby I am now ready to return to my contract & shutdown mining/construction career .
I am aware of and have the ability and awareness for the fields of work I am applying for after completing several dido/fifo and remote contracts and certificates. I am comfortable and accustomed to the traditionally male dominated environments growing up with six brothers and working in several manufacturing fields, though I do get along easily with everyone I meet.
I currently reside in Mackay and am available for mobilisation from here (FIFO/DIDO) or can happily providing my own transport to other points of hire.
I have completed my Coal Board Medical, Standard 11, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmospheres, Breathing Apparatus, First Aid, CPR, and RII20120- Certificate II of Resources and Infrastructure Preparation and MEM20219 Certificate II in Engineering - Production Technology (1st year Mechanical Fitting) as well as Forklift, EWP, Dogging and Gantry Crane tickets.
I also hold my RAT/PCR Training , police clearance and white card and happy to sit for any other training/tickets if needed and I am fully vaccinated.
I am looking for shutdown, roving or town TA (Trade Assistant etc) roles preferably within the maintenance sector or looking to expand my skills to work toward to a full trade through traineeship/apprenticeship positions.
My previous employment history and life experiences has given me exceptional experience and skills to successfully manage multiple tasks and utilise problem solving skills with a positive attitude. I possess effective time management skills, have a strong willingness to take on added responsibilities in order to meet individual and team goals. I am a fast learner and can readily think on my feet.
I am physically fit and energetic, have great fatigue management with a strong track record of conducting risk assessments and safely operating equipment whilst abiding to site requirements and have a strong life long ingrained work ethic.
I believe I am a dependable and reliable candidate who possess a number of the required skills to fulfill these positions and am willing to perform/upkeep or add any additional requirements necessary.
