- I am currently employed at Chatime as a casual employee and often work in a higher position as a supervisor.
- Responsible for preparing customer orders and processing payments (POS).
- Other duties include maintaining stock levels and completing cash/sales reconciliation at the close of business.
- I've been able to co-operate with the different needs and inquiries of all individuals to aid in creating an environment they look forward to coming back to.
- Furthermore, I have been able to handle stress and a busy work environment, which has therefore developed my multitasking skills.
- The "rushes" at Chatime have taught me how to continue to be patient with customers, and to ensure that both workers and customers are happy.
- As part of this role, I've been frequently involved in restocking large amounts of inventory, as well as keeping a clean and workable environment to maintain the store's appeal.
