Delivered Victoria's India Strategy: Our Shared Future 2025-30 and Victoria’s China Strategy: For a New Golden Era. Working across government to ensure that whole-of-Victorian-government priorities are supported through international engagement with Europe, the Americas, China, the Pacific, MENA and Africa.

Led the development of the International Investment Strategy and the 3C sector maturity framework through all phases of strategy development and in close collaboration with other parts of the Victorian Government. Developed and implemented various evidence-based strategic initiatives to support investment attraction across priority sectors.

Advised the Australian government and corporate clients on strategy development and implementation for economic development, job creation and innovation, commercialisation and technology; climate transition and sustainability, to promote growth and investment.

Provided strategic advisory services to Australian and international corporate clients, industry peak bodies and the Australian government, on a range of topics, including trade and investment policy, geopolitical risk, e-commerce, agriculture, health, tourism, regulation of social media, sustainability and FMCG. Member of KPMG’s International Geopolitics Hub and Virtual Center of Excellence for Excise and Environmental Taxes.

Advised Geneva-based diplomats on member countries’ international trade- and investment-related rights and obligations under various WTO agreements, assisted in multilateral services negotiations and delivered technical assistance and capacity building to government officials in Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
