I am a Chef with a passion for food. I am a dedicated hard working employee that strives for nothing but the best.
I began working at Sage in 2024 upon departing Nicola's. Whilst employed there my duties included cooking and serving meals to order, food preparation, stocktake and ordering, menu design, costing and training apprentices. While working here I also worked in other businesses under the same ownership such as Simple and Beautiful Catering and The Dolphin Discovery Centre. Doing wedding functions, events and chef responsibilities at Dolphin.
I began my Chef Apprenticeship at Nicola's Ristorante in June 2024. Throughout my apprenticeship I worked various stations such as larder, pastry, pizza and grill. While working at Nicola's we won multiple Gold Plates including Pizza and Family Dining. Upon completion of my apprenticeship I continued to work at Nicola's until departing in 2024.
While working at Red Rooster my responsibilities included customer service, cleaning and packing and preparing orders. I began working here while studying at TAFE.
I began working at KFC in 2016. My duties involved serving customers, packing product, cleaning and maintaining a clean environment, preparing product and training staff. Through this role I developed a passion for the hospitality industry.
