Summary

I commenced my nursing career as an enrolled nurse in 1987 since that time mental health has been a passion of mine. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing in 2009 and since that time I have worked towards becoming an effective clinical leader focusing on mentoring, preceptorship and clinical supervision. I have worked as a Clinical Nurse Educator,Clinical Nurse Consultant, Acting Nurse Unit Manager of the Kempsey Mental Health Inpatient Unit and currently Acting NUM of the Community Mental Health Service . It is my goal to be instrumental in providing a safe and efficient community mental health service to the local community.
