• Works for the Global Fund – Principal Recipient unit at Save The Children, Head Office in Yangon.
• Dedicates to strengthen health system of Myanmar as well as develop integrated standardized architecture of national health information systems with DHIS2.
• Led in development and implementation of DHIS2 based MCBRS (Malaria Case-Based Reporting and Surveillance) android application to be used as national surveillance system for malaria elimination in Myanmar, coordinated with the Ministry of Health, the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP), World Health Organization (WHO), international development consultants and implementing partners.
• Designed and conducted MCBRS Training of Trainers for managers and focal from NMCP, WHO and implementing partners at national and regional level.
• Supported NMCP, WHO, and implementing partners to conduct MCBRS volunteer training at field level.
• Created MCBRS related documentations, guidelines, procedures and policies for effective implementation.
• Provided technical support regarding MCBRS to NMCP, WHO and implementing partners.
• Undertook monitoring visits to implementing partners in order to monitor and improve their project performance at national and field level.

Key achievement: Successfully handed-over the DHIS2 based MCBRS application to NMCP with the support of WHO.

• Initiated an online approach for a comprehensive and integrated mental health care program to raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma and discrimination and help those suffering from depression and mental disorders.
• Managed teams of 5 professionals focused on improving online initiatives.
• Coordinated and collaborated with Myanmar Mental Health Association for mental health service delivery.
• Contributed as speaker in multiple events to raise awareness and important of mental health.

Key Achievement: Successfully raised the awareness of mental health among the youth and adults in the community.

• Worked as Maternal, Neonatal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH) Technical Officer in Health Poverty Action (HPA), Wa Program Office.
• Dedicated in the management and implementation of MNCH, Nutrition, SRHR and WASH programs funded by 3MDG/Access to Health Fund, UNICEF and UKAID through the integration of health services delivery with the collaboration of State/Township health department and Wa EAO (Ethnic Armed Organization) & EHO (Ethnic Health Organization) in Wa Self-Administered Division of Myanmar, with very complex political and security situation
• Liaised and coordinated with State/Township health department and Wa EAO & EHO and the UN Organizations to ensure delivery of quality health services to the vulnerable populations
• Developed and conducted trainings of MNCH, Nutrition and WASH for Basic Health Staffs, Auxiliary Mid-Wives and Community Health Workers in collaboration with State/Township health department and Wa EAO & EHO.

Key Achievement: Successfully advocated and coordinated in strengthening the Maternal and Child Death Surveillance and Response system with the inclusion of all stakeholders for reducing and ending preventable maternal and child death.

• Contributed in overall management and implementation of Malaria, Tuberculosis, HIV, Reproductive Health and Nutrition programs to deliver quality healthcare services through community empowerment approach in conflict-affected areas of Myanmar with very complex security situation.
• Supervised team of 30 officers and community mobilizers to effectively and efficiently achieve project targets.
• Liaised with focal from State/Township health departments, local authorities and local influential leaders to maintain close and productive working relationships.
• Presented, facilitated, and coordinated at various external state coordination meetings.
• Led capacity building actions and provides technical support to field teams.
• Conducted ICMV (Integrated Community Malaria Volunteers) Trainings, HNQIS (Health Network Quality Improvement System) and MCBR (Malaria Case-Based Reporting) Trainings to field teams and Community Health Workers for data collecting, data management, and analysis purposes, for health system strengthening, monitoring, and evaluation.

Key Achievement: Received a new grant from Access to Health Fund for the integration of diverse health programs to ensure delivery of quality healthcare services

• Provided quality health care services in wards of medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, as well as paediatrics in university-affiliated public hospitals.
• Handled 100 patients per day to provide essential health services and referral services.
• Provided services for prevention, control and treatment of infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases (NCD) in peripheral clinic as well as in mobile clinic for the community.
