I also facilitate the coordination of contracts with developers and liaise with our operations team to ensure the timely issue of contracts.
  • Transaction Support & Ongoing Service: Assist clients throughout the entire transaction process, from contract exchange to deposit payment. I maintain regular contact with clients to answer questions, ensure smooth progress, and manage construction inquiries, serving as a key point of contact for both clients and developers.
