Personal Care: One of my main roles is to assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. I ensure that clients maintain their personal hygiene and dignity while promoting their independence.
Behaviour Management: I work closely with clients to understand their needs and behaviors. I help to develop and implement strategies that support positive behavior and manage challenging behaviors.
Daily Living Tasks: I assist clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. I ensure that the living environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.
Medication Management: I am responsible for administering medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare professionals. I ensure that clients receive the correct dosage at the right time and monitor for any adverse reactions.
