  • I started my current role for Harmoney as a Credit Officer, assessing Customers loan applications for our New Zealand market. Less than a year later, I advanced to overseeing the day to day operations of the company's Early Arrears Collections team for both the New Zealand & Australian market. Shortly thereafter my title changed to Collections Manager - Early Arrears, where my responsibilities range from, the work Environment and work culture (Engagement), to coaching and mentoring the Team in Best Collections practice processes, and everything in between.

  • I began this role as a Storeperson, picking and packing orders using a RF scanner, operating stand-on forklifts for bulk orders, and restocking shelves as needed. Within a year, I transitioned into a leadership role, where I was responsible for ensuring daily targets were met, grievances were resolved, orders were picked, packed and shipped out on time, floor coverage was sorted and the Client was happy with our service.
