- Assumed the role of Technical Lead, overseeing Identity and Access Management operations and providing leadership during a transition period. Delivered comprehensive training programs for internal staff to be able to address everyday issues using Saviynt, Entra ID and other tools used.
- Designed and implemented Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) configurations, automating processes and workflows, and user lifecycle management, streamlining access, provisioning and de-provisioning processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
