As an NCC Quality Assurance Officer at the NDIA, I support the National Contact Centre by ensuring service delivery excellence for NDIS participants and providers. I work within defined parameters to maintain and enhance service quality through operational and administrative support, research, and analysis. • I am classified as Level 4 in TBC area that I am responsible to train and manage the team to apply TBC onto the inner side of the wheels using a plasma arc process to liquefy the ceramic and alumunium material including the wheel preparation such as grit blast and rectification process.
