Skilled Business Development leader and Head of Property Management Department offering 37 years of experience in leading operations and enhancing revenue. My proactive, 'think outside the box', nurturing personality has enabled me to take my team to winning Excellence in Property Management for the past 3 years in a row at the Harcourts Annual Awards. I have given my current bosses the support to enable them to leave a franchise and branch out with new branding.

I started working in Real Estate in 1986 and fell in love with the industry immediately. I slowly worked my way up from a secretary in property management to Senior Property Manager along the years.  During my years as a Senior Property Manager, I have won numerous awards.  I decided to purchase my own rent roll in 2003 and start my own property management company, which I ran for 2 years before joining forces with WA Property Project Marketing in 2005. From 2005 to 2008, I managed and grew the rent roll from 70 properties to 240 residential plus strata managements, commercial managements and also sold properties. Unfortunately in 2008, I had to give up my business and WA Property Project Marketing purchased my half of the business.  For the next 2 years I had to take time out for medical reasons.  In 2011, I decided to work as a contractor for Real Estate companies on an hourly basis providing advised, implementing systems and procedures, fixing rent rolls, etc. I then worked at Acton Central for 6 years as a Head of Department, Senior Property Manager and Business Development Manager. After 6 years with Acton, I spent some time traveling abroad.   In November 2017, I commenced employment with Colliers International WA. Within 10 months, I was promoted from Senior Property Manager, to Head Of Department, and then to Associate Director.  

Having been in real estate since 1986 and owning my own business (plus other businesses with my ex husband), I have a very broad knowledge of all facets of real estate. My strengths are time management, conflict resolution and the ability to make people feel comfortable and secure. 

Having owned businesses, has given me the knowledge required to enhance productivity and save costs where required. I mostly enjoy being the 'go to' person and fixing problems. I have experience in commercial and strata, however they are not my first preference. Having owned more than 20 investment properties, I've always enjoyed investing in property and basically anything to do with real estate in general.

My passion for real estate, even after 37 years is still high.  I don't think I will ever retire because I'm addicted to Real Estate.
