• Managing everything associated with glazing jobs from the initial emails, through to doing up quotes in the CRM, and creating the jobs in the CRM. Serving customers both in person, over the phone and via emails.

• Managed 3 retirement living complexes at the same time at Nundah, Woodridge & Coolangatta.

• Company Overview: Lifecorp is a member based property buyer's group.
• I was involved with the initial start up in 2007, and assisted to grow the member base through events to 1000 members.
• I personally worked with 400 of those members, based in QLD, NSW, & WA, (until the whole structure changed with Covid).
• I was qualified as a Property Investment Adviser, working with PIA software, presenting numbers scenarios to members, and strategies to assist them to build property portfolios for investment and wealth creation, both personally and within SMSF's.
• I liaised between brokers, accountants, developers, property managers, and the clients, to assist all the processes to run smoothly from the first event they attended, then testing, strategising, purchasing, through to getting a tenant in their completed property - I assisted in every aspect of the process.
• I had my real estate license in these 3 states and worked as a buyer's agent assisting members to purchase the right property, after the strategising.
• As a group we worked directly with developers and used group buying power to negotiate deals for our members on new builds and with land options.
• I was involved with the launching of 5 different land projects throughout QLD & NSW, selling land options in these estates (along with investing in myself).
• I also created a property portfolio of 7 properties by applying the same principles I assisted members with.
• All these processes we also managed by the CRM Infusionsoft and other systems.
• We had a group of independent people working from home, communicating daily to work as a team, and then meeting for client events and team training regularly.

I built a team while working in direct sales with this multi level marketing company.

I was involved when The Body Shop retail stores, launched their 'At Home' party plan opportunity to have your own business, selling products.

I quickly built a team, along with doing the direct sales myself, throughout QLD as I moved around.

I was allowed to solely launch TBS@H in the Northern Territory, and build a team there also.

I reached the top level as Director, having 120 members in my team, who I supported with their individual businesses.

Customer service, and attention to detail were crucial in arranging visas and all aspects of travel arrangements, using numerous different travel systems.

I frequently won holidays through sales incentives.

I won a 2 week Contiki tour & flights to Europe after selling 50 Contiki tours in a 6 month period.
