  • Preparing patient for dialysis treatment
  • Monitoring patient throughout the dialysis session, delivering quality care making sure they are stable at all times and before sending back home
  • Operating and maintaining dialysis equipment making sure its safe to use and clean as per policy guidelines

  • Assess and monitor patients with GI and Pancreatic Conditions such as Pancreatitis, Ulcerative Colitis, Liver Disease and Gastro intestinal Cancer
  • Administer medications, including enzymes replacements, biologics and pain management drugs
  • Provide post procedure care, including patient educations on recovery and potential complications
  • Managed patient with feeding tubes (NG, PEG, Jejunostomy) and total parenteral nutrition. (TPN)
  • Monitor for complications such as gastro intestinal bleeding, infections and electrolyte imbalances
  • Provide guidance in managing symptoms such as nausea, diarrhoea, or mal absorption. Educate patient and families about disease management, dietary modifications and medication adherence
  • Assist in wound management, and stoma care
  • Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team
