RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitated clear communication of patient status during handovers to promote safety.
Assessment of patients
Clinical observations ( vital signs and GCS),recording and escalating any deterioration.
Administration of medications as prescribed by different routes such as oral NG, PEG,PR,IV , IM and subcutaneous .
