RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitated clear communication of patient status during handovers to promote safety.
  • Assessment of patients
  • Clinical observations ( vital signs and GCS),recording and escalating any deterioration.
  • Administration of medications as prescribed by different routes such as oral NG, PEG,PR,IV , IM and subcutaneous .
